Artisan Bread Making - October 11-12, 2024


Friday and Saturday, October 11-12; Friday 6-8; Saturday 9-5pm

Whether you are a beginner, an experienced home baker or simply a bread lover, this two day course aims to take the fear out of artisan bread making. 

We will be making 100% fresh ground Whole Wheat Bread (we will grind the wheat berries for the freshest flour), a French Style Country bread, Cranberry-Walnut loaf, Ciabatta and Focaccia Bread and Baguettes

This is a packed 8 hour workshop of fun with two hours of prep the first evening.
